Roles and Responsibilities:The analyst is responsible for processing operational data using analytical tools, excel, MS SQL, and Power BI to derive operational efficiencies and operational insights to assist the business in making better decisions.The role has daily, weekly, and monthly reporting responsibilities in Excel.There may be instances where the analyst must prepare reports with very limited time available.There are many requests to perform data extraction exercises to support any requests from businesses.DDS is very invested in solving business problems using data-driven solutions.Aligning back-end data inputs, especially Master Data, to business rules.Use specialist analytical tools to model data into KPI Reports and Dashboards in Excel and Power BI.Provide support to data integrity projects and assist with implementing or facilitating policies and procedures relating to data governance.Translate internal briefs into analytical projects including refining the initial brief and asking the right questions.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Work Experience:Up to 3 years experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent.An important experience in Think Cell.PowerPoint Advanced presentations.Solid knowledge of SQL and exposure.Exposure to Power BI Qlikview or Qliksense.Exposure or understanding of MS Access.Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.Must be comfortable working with MS Excel.
