Wholesale Administrator – Paarden Eiland, Cape Town – R12kOverview: My client, a leading name in the tile and home improvement industry, has a vacancy for a Wholesale Administrator. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their wholesale department. You will be responsible for managing wholesale orders, coordinating with warehouse teams, liaising with customers and suppliers, and providing essential administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in internal sales, strong communication and administration skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Requirements:· 2-3 years of experience in internal sales or wholesale administration· Previous experience in the wholesale/distribution industry preferred· Strong communication and administration skills· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (K8/SAP/Syspro/Pastel)· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities· Attention to detail and accuracy· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Must be fluent in both English & Afrikaans in reading, writing and speaking.Key Responsibilities:· Customer Communication: Communicate with wholesale customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules, providing exceptional customer service at all times.· Orders: Go through outstanding PRO’s and follow up with customers. Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently on a daily basis, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.· Invoicing and Documentation: Generate and batch invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.· Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams regarding any outstanding picks.· Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock counts, and reconciling Purchase Orders with goods received notes (GRNs).· Sales Support to sales team and agents: Provide general sales support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, processing sales orders· Sales Support to Customers; Ensuring customers are always advised of new stock ranges and promotions.· Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP system, generate reports as required, and assist in analyzing sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.· Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents, to ensure the smooth operation of the wholesale department.· Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the wholesale department and the company.Extra info: Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm / Alternate weekends / Alternated public holidaysApplication process: Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to submit their CV in MS Word format, along with a cover letter highlighting relevant experience, qualifications and head and shoulder photo of yourself to samanthajobs@wcp.co.zaWe thank all applicants for your interest, however if you are not contacted within 7 days then consider your application unsuccessful.#J-18808-Ljbffr
