Our client, a restaurant group with a collection of bespoke restaurants, is looking for Pilot pos Technician. The Pilot pos Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and technical support.Requirements:• Understanding of Pilot pos system• Add and register users and waiters• Report management• Setup a database for new sites• Pilot HQ experience would be beneficial• Add suppliers and items on the master, prep, bulk, etc• Integrate third party services• Configure network and serial printers• Stock control and troubleshooting• PLU and RM costing• Pilot day to day support• Microsoft operating systems from Windows 10 up until Windows Server 2022 but not limited • Ability to build, maintain and repair computers, laptops and servers• Strong fundamentals of networking and understanding of WLAN, WAN and LAN environments.Benefits:If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, email your CV to Carmen at itcareers@hireresolve.za.com.
