Excellent opportunity to join our very well-established manufacturing client in the Northern Suburbs.Requirements:MatricQualified Fitting and Turning Trade Test Certificate2-5 Years after trade experienceFabrication experience requiredDuties and Responsibilities:Complete all Fabrication Request feedback paperwork and major job requirements.Compile SOW and Bill of MaterialsComplete all TSIS and H&S paperwork.Ensure all parts comply with procurement register and data pack – report any deviations.Ensure that all tools and equipment is available to execute task and plan a working procedure for the taskMaterial cutting – Proper use of bandsaw, cut-off saw, cutting torch, grinder, etc.Mig welding: for general structures, barriers, base frames, etc.Tig welding: for FDB baskets, soaking pipes, manifolds, tanks, etc.Arc welding: for onsite welding, area that bigger machine cannot access.Proper use of hand drill, magbase drill, machining machine, etc.Finishing / Grinding – remove all shape edgers, burs, welding spatter, etc. (Prep for next phase)#J-18808-Ljbffr
