What We’re Looking For: Educational Background: BSc/BEng in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; advanced degrees preferred. Professional Expertise: Active registration with a certified engineering body (ECSA). Experience: 12+ years in mechanical systems engineering, especially within the built environment, with a focus on renewable energy and solar PV systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and strong knowledge of mechanical systems engineering principles. Leadership: Proven track record in managing teams and leading projects from concept to completion. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Commitment: Dedication to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
