Purpose of the job The P&C Operations Coordinator will deliver a proficient, high volume administration service across the entire employee life cycle. You will bethe first point of contact for query resolution, guidance, or escalation where appropriate and overall help the wider P&C team to deliver an excellent service. Key Responsibilities - Support the management of the busy centralised P&C inbox - Coordinate onboarding for new joiners andoffboarding for leavers - Ensure all Right to Work checks are carried out for new joiners plus ongoing checks with existing employees in relation to passport/Visa expiration - Accurately manage data in to the P&C system, ensure that employee data/information is managed in accordance with GDPR - Assist with P&C audits/RFPs as instructed - Globally manage the Company Employee Recognition schemes - Contribute to the development/maintenance of P&C procedures, process improvements and policies - Support P&C Advisors and Payroll with employees during Probation period Knowledge, skills and experience required - Proven track record in a busy and complex P&C administration role - Ability to accurately maintain a database - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - Knowledge of HR systems is advantageous (Cascade, UKG Ready, Workday) Collinson is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes differences in all their forms including: colour, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurodivergence, family status, age, individuals with disabilities and people from all backgrounds, cultures and experiences as we strongly believe this contributes to our on-going success.
