Macmillan Davies are partnering with a global consumer goods business as they search to appoint a Reward Manager into a newly created, stand-alone role. The business, with a UK Head Office based in Manchester, are a real success story and own a number of household name brands. This broad role is designed to lead the development and administration of compensation and benefits programmes tailored to business strategy in their EMEA region. Working closely with the global Reward team (based overseas), you will oversee domestic and international projects and ensure alignment with organisational objectives. The role will initially be a stand-alone role working closely with the established Manchester based HR team. If you have confidence gained in your previous technical experience to grow and develop an all-encompassing compensation and benefits role, matched with a natural ability to forge stakeholder relationships then we'd love to hear from you. You will have ideally operated at Reward Manager level. However, accomplished Reward Analysts wouldn't be discouraged. In return my client is offering a salary ranging from £60k - £68k plus additional benefits. There will be an expectation to spend half the working week in Manchester. #J-18808-Ljbffr
