They aim to bridge the gap between digital expectations and real outcomes for international companies with Digital Intelligence.Our client is recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their night shift team based in Cape Town.Job purpose:Drive overall HR Business outcomes for SA and manage HR compliance and relationships. Planning and executing the HRBP strategy for the businessDrive CSR and related projects as part of the business strategyResponsible for all HR related life cycle management, attrition management and absence support to businessResponsible for communicating of people policies and staying abreast of all legal changes and government updatesResponsible for benefit updates of employee and payroll updates. Responsible for weekly and monthly people reportsIn addition to the above functions, you will be responsible for Engagement forums within the business processes and supporting the business with ER related cases. Leadership development and coaching will also be a key deliverable and supporting the business with building a performance driven cultureResponsibilities:Plan and execute the HRBP strategy to meet the given level targetsDevelop and update HR related policies to ensure business compliance and in line with the HR strategy to support HRBP to communicate policies and updates to all staff membersMonthly and Quarterly forums and documented minutes circulated to relevant partiesMonthly reports and related interventions review and reports to relevant partiesDrive life cycle management activities and support the OperationsSupport CSR and sweat equity initiatives and activities in alignment to the BBBEE strategyAttend Monthly 3rd Party liaison meetings on project closuresManage internal and external relationships to ensure complianceDrive process improvement as part of the overall HR StrategyClose monthly Payroll activities and variance reports shared to ensure 100% complianceEnsure all administrative duties are performed with 100% compliance and record keeping as per agreed by business and governmentSupport the business to drive a decrease in attrition through HR activitiesSupport the business to drive a decrease in absence through HR activitiesSupport the business to drive a performance driven culture through proper PIP processes and development plansDrive engagement and increase in eSATPeople management and leadership skills.Negotiating and influencing skillsCapability and knowledge of SA legislation to ensure business complianceCapability and experience in Labour law regarding employee relations casesCapability to communicate with large teams.Capability to chair engagement forums and maintain all administrative responsibilitiesKnowledge of HR policies and processes.High level of knowledge regarding the Government functions to ensure business complianceSolid Analytical skills and reporting abilities.Qualification & Experience:Grade 12 and any HR related studies5 years + relevant work experience responsible for Business HR outcomes, working with Government departmentsShould have at least 3 years of experience in driving HR strategy and execution to achieve targeted levels, Experience in compiling relevant HR actions to address challenges in OperationsSalary: R50 000 CTCSurgo (Pty) Ltd will consider all applications in terms of its Employment Equity (EE) and is committed to maintaining diversity in its appointments.
