HR Advisor (6 month FTC)

Urgent requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to provide support on an interim basis for an initial period of 6 months. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will provide HR Advisory support to the business. The role: Being the first point of contact for HR queries, working alongside 1 other HR Advisor and supporting a HR Business Partner Managing employee relations cases and working with managers to coach and guide on processes. Attending meetings and taking notes Assisting with absence management reporting and ensuring the correct data is collated and recorded Inputting data into the HRIS system and keeping employee records up to date Supporting through the employee life cycle on both an advisor and administrative capacity About you: Experience working in a HR Advisor capacity Proficient user of MS Office Strong attention to detail and highly organised Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Confident approach and a willingness to support colleagues and collaborate with the wider team Full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle What is on offer: Salary of £27,000 - £36,000 Initial 6 month FTC with a possibility of the role being extended Hybrid working 50:50 office:home Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week If you are immediately available to start a new role then please get in touch today.
