PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To manage, optimise and coordinate HR policy development, change management, performance management and organisational design initiatives. In addition, the incumbent oversees external HR service providers, enables HR strategy implementation, and supervises and coordinates related HR administration.Please note that this is an EXPAT role based on FLYIN/ FLYOUT BASIS in CENTRAL Africa QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Degree in HR 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in Human Resources in the Mining industryOrganizational Development ExperienceMust be fluent in EnglishMandarin, and or French are advantageousMust have OD Experience.RESPONSIBILITIESProcess: Manage, optimise and coordinate HR initiatives Enable HR and Business Strategy implementationOptimise Human Resources policy development and implementationDevelop and embed Change Management practices Champion Organisational Design initiativesOversee Performance Management best practicesFunction as a subject matter expert and coordinate the provision of administrative support.Manage relationships with stakeholders to enable optimisation of the business value chainCoordinate, monitor and supervise the performance of direct reportsMonitor budget as per Delegation of Authority Matrix.Support the Transformation agendaAdhere to and improve reporting processes for the area of responsibility KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSHR related mining industry legislationEmployment law and contractsCompany strategic imperatives and the HR strategyChange ManagementSound understanding of HR knowledge areas (technical and contextual) and best practicesHR AdministrationPerformance ManagementContractor ManagementOrganisational design#J-18808-Ljbffr
