Overview:To ensure profitability of branches by driving loan sales and collections performance of the branches under your control through effectively managing the Branch Managers, Consultants and Sales staff. Takes full responsibility for managing assigned Branches and conduct regular visits and reviews to ensure that branches achieve or exceed Profit, Sales and Collections targets.To monitor, measure and report on the performance of all relevant branches achievement of targets and to ensure open communication lines between branches and Head Office.Responsible for recruitment, selection, induction, training, performance management, coaching, discipline and adherence to all relevant branches SOP’s.Accountable for the overall Policy and Procedure and SOP compliance of all Branches within Area.Provide a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers at all times.
