Reservationist | Bela Bela | Private Game LodgeWe are looking for experienced RESERVATIONIST | RECEPTIONIST to join the team of a well-know, private game lodge located in Bela Bela region.Requirements:Minium 3 years of experience in Lodge Reservations and Reception duties within the hospitality industryPlanning, executing, monitoring and reporting skillsBilingual in English and AfrikaansComputer skills – Innkeeper, Microsoft OfficeSolid interpersonal skillsPrepared to go extra mileResponsibilitiesEnsure maximum unit occupancy on available rental unitsRuns specials to maximise revenue incomeTo update and maintain the rentals waiting list, payments, bookings, in order to provide updated information for the weekly arrivalsRespond to all rental queries in a timely mannerFollow up on rentals made and cancel bookings that did not pay within the prescribed timeEnsure rental units available are recorded on the reservations systemDaily allocation of rental payments received from online reservation booking platforms as well as any card / EFT paymentsPrepare yearly rental ratesPrepare and submit weekly and monthly reportsEnsure rental rates are updated on all online reservation platformsEnsure company information is correctly advertised and updated on online reservation platformsEnsure weekly and monthly rental targets are metPrepare yearly timeshare weekly calendarSort out any double bookings as and when they ariseAssist Reception office in daily duties, guest service, check-in and check-outs, daily cash-up and any administration work that will be required.Benefits:Salary market related and the package will be based on experienceThis is live-in position – single occupancy accommodation (meals excluded)Start date: ASAPTo apply for Reservationist | Bela Bela | Private Game Lodge, please send yourCV in WORD document WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND A FULL-LENGTH PHOTO INSERTED ON THE CV.We appreciate all applications.
