Select your country to see jobs specific to your location.Human Resources Business Partner R 720K CTCThe HR Partner is responsible for delivering quality Human Resources practices, aligned to the group HR strategy in order to provide effective people solutions.Drive implementation of Talent and people strategy within the specific divisionEnsure best practice solutions crafting by Support Centres of Expertise are implemented within the chainPartner with line management to ensure that we support the people that deliver superior returnsAccountable for ensuring all HR related key dials are managedEnsure overtime is processed for region in line with PRP requirementsSubmit all payroll related documentation to payroll by the payroll cut of dateUpdate and ensure employee files exist for all staff in regionEnsure that files are compliant and completeManage address, occupation and salary changes for regionEnsure all legislative requirements are completedConsolidate the HR monthly report from regional HR BP's, training, ER and RecruitmentTrack progress against targetsInvestigate out of line area's and suggest/ provide corrective actionEnsure all reports are submitted on time and in line with requirementsMonitor progress of HR projects in line with agreed deadlinesEnsure vacancies in region are filled within the 21 day targetConduct exit interviews and consolidate feedback to HR ExecutiveEnsure all resignations are processed on payroll timeouslyDevelop and implement a division specific Talent strategy in conjunction with the Head of HRManage talent risk and retention in conjunction with Senior managementMitigate skills shortages and gaps through Learning and DevelopmentEnsure all quality and compliance measures are effectively executedEnsure fit for purpose learning interventions are applied within the divisionDevelop and manage a talent pipeline for the divisionManage service levels and delivery aligned to the service level agreementEnsure performance management system is fit for purposeMonitor, track and advise on performance issues within the divisionManage discipline, performance management and other IR issues within the divisionEnsure performance management discussions are in line with practicesObserve and provide oversight in poor work performance processesDrive change initiatives within the divisionAct as change partner on large scale organisational change initiativesEnsure performance metrics and job profiles are articulated across the division3 Year B-degree or equivalent NQF level (7) qualification in HR Management, Commerce or Industrial Psychology or requisite experienceSound Knowledge of Human Resources practices, Legislation and proceduresIR experienceUnions and industry main agreements managementWellness managementLegal experienceCoaching and personnel development skills and qualificationsEmployment equity planning and reporting experienceThe number of jobs in each salary range for all:#J-18808-Ljbffr
