Reporting to the VP of Product, the Technical Writer will play a crucial role in translating complex technical information into clear and accessible documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to create user guides, manuals, online help systems, and other documentation to assist users in understanding and effectively utilizing our products or services. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in the documentation.
