Vacancy DetailsEmployer: ANGLO AMERICAN MINING PTY LTDWe are looking for a Driver with a valid PDP and Code14 drivers license including a valid fortlift/ TLB operators certificate/licenses.Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments.Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs.To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you will be driving across all provinces as when required.  You will be driving the company director/s as and when needed.  You don’t need to have a car; we provide the driver with our own vehicles.Required SkillsPdpForklift LicenseTLB CertificationsCandidate RequirementsMap out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient tripPick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requestedCollect payments and issue receiptsAssist clients with loading and unloading their luggageListen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditionsAdjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as neededAnswer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interestEnsure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all ridersSchedule regular car service appointments and report any issuesBook car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the carProven experience as a DriverA valid Code 14 driver’s licenseA clean driving recordKnowledge of area roads and neighborhoodsAbility to lift heavy packages and luggageAvailability to occasionally take weekend and night shiftsA polite and professional dispositionAbility to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)A  Grade 10 / Matric certificate minimumThe post Drivers & Operators appeared first on freerecruit.co.za.
