This individual will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the organization, including planning, design, and execution of mining projects.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of engineering professionals to ensure successful completion of mining projects.- Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize production.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for mining operations.- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget targets.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or a related field.
