Requirements:BSc / B Tech / Diploma in Engineering.A minimum of 5-7 years in an Engineering role in a manufacturing plant.A minimum of 4 years experience in leading and managing technical engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.Experience in Cement manufacturing will be an advantage.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Expert Computer skills essential with specific emphasis on MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD Mechanical, Inventor.Advanced Project Management skills.Advanced problem-solving skills.Communicate Effectively.Drive Innovation.Drive Sustainable Solutions. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:Health & Safety:Compliance with all EH & S guidelines and procedures.Responsible for All Plant and related Projects.Manage Project team coordinate projects from beginning to end.Responsible to ensure the optimisation of all production equipment.Ensure all Projects and initiatives are optimally managed to commissioning stage.Ensure systems and resources are provided to ensure the availability and control of necessary maintenance spares and equipment.Responsible to oversee the effective management of all Safety Systems on site.Manage Site P&IDs, Equipment Lists and Plant Drawings.Ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is achieved and maintained in designated areas.Ensure all safety policies are understood and adhered to by staff.Ensure external contractors are managed according to all relevant policies, procedures and instructions.Process and Engineering responsibility for all production equipment.Lead engineering projects and commissioning of new equipment for continuous improvement.Interaction with all other departments (technical, quality) and sites in group for problem solving.Identification and communication of restrictions and bottlenecks.Assist Production in problem solving and process trouble shooting. Other:Perform any other related duties in the interest of company as instructed.Work according to Integrated (Environmental and Quality) Management System requirements.Work according to Instructions / Procedures as pertaining to his/her operation function as assigned and abide by all legal (laws/by-laws) requirements / Company Policies and Practices.
