Provincial Consultant - Standard Bank Insurance Broker Job Overview Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Location: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4 Strategically support the Provincial Manager in achieving the provincial (Catchment /Squads) goals, income and profit budgets by way of managing the behaviour of staff and relationships with group company staff in Catchment /Squad, (Entrepreneur, EVB, Business & Private Banking teams) through training, coaching/upskilling, support and motivation.To ensure on-going and successful sales and distribution of Insurance and Bancassurance products through the Catchment/Squad (Entrepreneur, EVB, Business & Private Bankers teams).To implement sales plans/actions and identify sales opportunities.To ensure all compliance issues are dealt with and compliance targets are met. Ensure deadline are always met.To build relationships with Entrepreneur, EVB, Business & Private Bankers in Catchment/Squad and ensure coaching /upskilling is done and that joint calls are done to cover insurance needs. Qualifications Completed MatricNQF 5 FAIS Recognized QualificationREValid driver’s licenseExperience2-5 years’ Standard Bank sales experience (selling SBIB products).Proven sales track record in SBSA.Experience in presenting a business case / sales pitch to a group.Experience in performing elementary functions on NDS/Maven and other computer systems (most often used) within role specific systems with elementary problem-solving requirements.
