Introduction:Our client in the Banking Sector is looking for a Process Engineer III to join their organisation.Key responsibilities:Process Modeling and Analysis:Proficiency in process modeling techniques such as BPMN, EPC and UML.Ability to analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies:Knowledge of Lean principles for waste reduction and Six Sigma tools for process optimization.Experience in conducting DMAIC projects.Process Automation and Technology:Familiarity with RPA/AI/ML tools and techniques.Understanding of workflow automation, business rules engines, and process orchestration.Change Management:Skills in managing organizational change related to process improvements.Ability to communicate effectively and gain buy-in from stakeholders.Data Analytics and Metrics:Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure process performance.Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics.Project Management:Experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.Ability to lead cross-functional teams during process improvement initiatives.Collaboration and Communication:Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and departments.Effective communication to convey process-related information clearly.ResearchLeading Process EngineersAbility to Mentor and train process engineersIdentify training needs and plan for the respective trainingDetailed process quality reviews and provide feedback to the Process engineer and Chapter LeadEnable Process engineers to deliver on projectsAbility to solve process issues that may ariseAbility to measure process deliverable qualityQualifications: Experience:5years + years of experience in manufacturing, financial services, consulting and or telecoms.UML, ARIS, BPMN 2.0, EPC, Six Sigma Green or Black belt, Business ArchitectureProcess Mining, AI/ML and TOGAF are an added advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
