Main Duties will Include:Collecting required information and documentation pertaining to claimsRegistration of claimsFollow through with claims process until finalizationKeeping the client up to date on the progress of the claims processUpdate company records as required to reflect initial information about the claim as well as any changes that are made laterUpsellingAddressing various coverage issuesProblem-solvingAny other ad-hoc duties which may be assignedTaking control of outstanding claims by;Ensuring regular follow ups and feedback to clients;Ensuring collection from claims box;Ensuring continuous and timeous attendance to claims;nsuring client satisfaction on all claims.General Client Management:Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients by meeting and exceeding expectationsProvide consistent, accurate, timely and pertinent communication to clients through “constant touch”, phone calls, e-mails, etc.Respond to client inquiries/issues within the established timelinesManage their own diary/follow up systemMonitor and review client satisfactionMaintain up-to-date records of all communication with clientsRequirements:Insurance Products: 2 to 3 yearsClaim Handling: 2 to 3 yearsMatric Certificate (Grade 12)Tertiary Qualification advantageousRE5 Examination advantageous3 years experience in short-term claims - non-negotiableComputer skills and knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)Key Competencies:Fully Bilingual in English and AfrikaansProfessionalism - Working in a corporate environmentEffective communication skills – written and verbalExcellent telephone etiquetteProblem assessment and problem solvingDealing with difficult customersCustomer service orientationSelf confidenceNeat and OrganisedPlanning and PrioritisingAttention to detail and AccuracyFlexibility / adaptabilityFast LearnerHigh level of responsivenessTeam player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitudeAble to perform under pressureMust understand marketplace trends and best practices to meet client needsGood mathematical skillsAbility to prioritise and self-manage work loadsStrong negotiation skillsPositive attitudeBehaving in an ethical manner at all times#J-18808-Ljbffr
