Job Description:The purpose of the Youth Development Coordinator role is to provide general support services to the Youth Development portfolio by aligning focus areas to programme goals, administering, scheduling, consolidating, and reporting on various youth programme orientated activities. The role works closely with the L&D Youth Development Project Lead and the People Delivery teams to support the achievement of targets, roll-out plans and general administrative inputs/outputs as set out by the programme objectives.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Interacting with stakeholders: People Partners, L&D, Graduate and Youth Recruitment and/or as relevant.Coordinating project tasks and resource requirements and developing project plans.Maintaining budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for projects.Coordinating and supporting all administrative aspects of the portfolio and providing ongoing status reports on the Yes Programme, RetailReadiness Programme and other programmes as requeired.Providing support to the L&D team and other project participants to deliver an enhanced youth learning experience.Employee Centric Delivery:Providing reporting or insights related to youth projects, establishing templates to support programme administration and consolidation.For all existing and new youth programmes, supporting and maintaining the project scope, business case and/or other requirements, including but not limited to:Ensuring information is consolidated to determine progress of delivery against milestones, deadlines, and budget.Escalating and supporting the mitigation project risks.Conducting frequent check-ins with business stakeholders and programme participants to gather and capture programme feedback to create a continuous improvement feedback loop.Job Requirements:Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Project Management or equivalent – (beneficial).1+ year in a team / project administration, support, coordination, or equivalent role, delivering within programme frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidelines – (essential).Experience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar – (preferred).Job Details:Company:The Shoprite Group of CompaniesVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:BrackenfellApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
