Your focus will be on renewing and converting maintenance contracts to our 'Connected' solution, while also cross-selling a diverse range of building solutions to enhance our market share.In this role, you'll specialize in key built environment systems such as BMS, Fire, Security, and Access, with a strong emphasis on leading Integrated, SaaS, and IoT propositions. We're seeking a self-motivated individual with a clear market penetration strategy and the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships.Daily Responsibilities:Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients and stakeholdersEngaging with portfolios, customers, and opportunities to achieve targetsIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesCollaborating with multiple functions across the HBS organization to deliver high-quality customer propositionsQualifications:Clear and measurable sales background demonstrating a results-driven mindsetStrong emotional intelligence for building lasting client relationshipsOutstanding interpersonal skills with active listening abilitiesDeep understanding of building services within the built environment, preferably with knowledge of SaaS and IoT-led solutionsExcellent reporting and internal communication skills with accurate sales forecasting abilitiesEnglish language skills and Danish or Swedish highly preferred.
