Role responsibilities Responsible for wind resource measurement and analysis Execute the WTG Layout design and site suitability Conduct the Wind energy production assessments Will be responsible for building the team through training and moving Wind Energy Engineers engineering technical support to designers of underground or overhead wind farm collector systems and prepare and develop site specifications. Create or maintain wind farm layouts, schematics, or other visual documentation for wind farms. Support the optimization of the layout of wind farm access roads, crane pads, crane paths, collection systems, substations, switchyards, or transmission lines. Qualified BSC Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience Experience Wind resource measurement and analysis WTG Layout design and site suitability Wind energy production assessments Ideally WindPro / WAsP Supporting projects in South Africa, and into greater Africa Project Development Skills Strong analytical and statistical skills Technical report writing Comfortable interacting with clients and wider project teams Energy and performance analysis for solar would-be beneficial We believe that a diverse workforce is a key to our business success.
