We are seeking a Regional Training Officer for a permanent vacancy based in Witbank, Mpumalanga Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree with appropriate engineering or science major preferred Chemical engineering Diploma or equivalent 3+ years relevant experience in an engineering environment 3+ years relevant experience in the water treatment industry preferred Preferably experience working with the following water treatment technologies – reverse osmosis (RO), ultra-filtration (UF), softening Experience in management / supervision advantageous Must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of OHS Act The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage, review, update and develop SOP’s and develop / manage training matrix Organize / support and facilitate appropriate training Manage, document&execute planned training observations (PTO) Identify gaps in team competence and identify training needs Site specific training Develop training programmes, and material for new staff Development of training systems Salary: Negotiable To apply email detailed CV and supporting documentation through to janineh@sheldon.co.za If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful #J-18808-Ljbffr
