Knowledgeable in Agile or Scrum methodologies; experienced with project management tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud is advantageous. Previous leadership/team management experience, adept at motivating teams for project success. Key Performance Indicators: Regular performance management dialogues conducted monthly, utilizing MSCs aligned with job profiles and departmental strategic objectives.
