Job Purpose Key client facing role supporting the Relationship Manager / Delivery Manager to help determine Client specific requirements to drive a product / project solution design, with appropriate delivery cost and efforts. Will be responsible for DOU (Document of Understanding) for the BRD (Business Requirements Document) provided by client. In case of non-standard project as well as associated Scope Document as per Project Requirement mentioned in BSF. Pivotal liaison role working with relevant internal&external stakeholders and Technical Team Leads (Product / System Owners) to align the Client requirements. Produce documentation to articulate the solution design&Statement of Work to relationship Manager. Support business case creation, responses to RFP / proposals. Engage directly with Vendors, Service providers to obtain solution relevant to the client base you are supporting. Trusted relationship withthe Client, be the detailed Voice of the Customer in the design and delivery ensuring commitments are managed and achieved. Close working relationship with the Client, technical team, and act as a key conduit between the Internal teams, NI business and Project Manager. Job Accountabilities Responsible for standardizing solutions&cost Manage and drive the articulation of the Client requirements from a technical and business perspective. Be the primary point of contact and provide technical consultancy during the pre-sales activity. Requirements Gathering and Understanding the Business Requirement Provide input into the Solution proposal, including design and associated costing/ effort estimation. Interface with customers and partners on general and specific issues as well as involving other experts and/or management as necessary. Participate in regular Conferences/Meetings with Product Development and Project Management Team. Participate in organization risk committee to highlight and register risk items. Develop and Manage compliance requirements adherence to NI policy standards for data security. Perform Business Trips to NISA clients over periodic and scheduled terms to support sales activities.\ Support Project Managers to produce regular and detailed status reports to the customer, schedule status, invoicing, issues, risk, dependencies, and any other delivery related information which may impact target achievements or service delivery. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the client and/or company. Experience/ Skills Required At least 8 years of experience in a Technology / IT function in a recognized international organization. Financial services industry experience highly desirable. Able to work with Tech leads, Product Owners, other subject matter experts to define user stories. Able to coordinate with Delivery Project Manager and other Business Analyst to draft project scope. Able to prepare Functional Specification Document, User Guides. Able to interact with internal and operation stakeholders to gather JAD session and walkthroughs. Able to manage backlog and incorporate feedback from the users. Able to provide techno-functional support to developers, and testers. Able to validate test results and support QA and team members. Basic understanding of SQL queries for data analysis. Able to understand ETL process, Report&Interfaces processing. Able to provide demo session/Walkthrough of build features to Scrum Team/Product Owner. Basic understanding of ISO8583 standards, Single Message, Dual Message system. Able to understand VISA, MC, MIGS, TC33A, DCI, JCB, AMEX, CUP, IATA files layout, and data elements. Knowledge on the Acquiring concept and workflow of merchant boarding, transaction posting, chargeback and fraud management, merchant settlement and schemes clearing. Knowledge of Payment Gateway. Knowledge/Skills: Excellent analytical skills. Payment scheme related processes. Excellent relationship management skills. Clear and concise approach to design. Excellent Presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Cost tracking, reporting and overall financial tracking of a unit. Excellent communication and negotiation skills - both verbal and written. Proven skills in facilitating key decisions, handling complex issues. Strong cultural awareness and knowledge. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
