Ensure designs adhere to industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet design objectives. Review and revise designs based on feedback and project changes.Tender Application Management:Prepare and complete tender application forms accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with the procurement team to gather necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines. Track and manage multiple tender applications concurrently.Technical Expertise:Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in HVAC design. Provide technical support to the sales and project management teams during the tendering process. Conduct technical assessments to determine project feasibility and cost estimates.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain organized records of all design drawings, calculations, and tender documents. Generate reports and documentation as required for internal and external stakeholders.
