Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Administrator. The Administrator will be working daily with learners who are learnerships, managing documents and registers related to Recruitment Administration. Capturing of Data will be on a daily basis. The role will also involve collaborating with various teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsUnderstanding Learnerships and RecruitmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team and under pressureEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the training and development industry is a plus
