Responsibilities: Assisting with the handling of guest/owner and 3rd party interactions within the existing customer care software. Updating support tickets in line with the company’s guest/owner care process. Offer support to the onsite management teams when appropriate in an effort to resolve support tickets to guest and owner satisfaction. Escalating complaints to the appropriate management teams when necessary. Forward any 3rd party email enquiries to the relevant company’s personnel. Assist with the administration of company&Trip Advisor certificate incentives. Candidate Skills Experience with complaint handling would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Competent using a computer/laptop, including knowledge of word and Excel. A professional and approachable personality. Ability to work well in a team but also able to work under own initiative.
