Job Description:Our client, a market leader in the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) Agricultural Industry, is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a Chief Engineering Technical Officer for their Group.Main Purpose for the Role:To formulate, implement, establish, and lead the engineering and technical operational excellence strategy. To ensure the safety and efficiency of plant and machinery across the Group's multinational SSA agriculture businesses.Key Competency Requirements:Education: At minimum a BEng, BSc Eng - Mechanical/Electrical qualification.Experience: At least 3-5 years at Executive Leadership/Senior Management level experience.Registration: Professional registration with GCoC (Government Certificate of Competence) is essential.Professional Experience: At least 8-10 years as a Professional Engineer in a related discipline. At least 5+ years in Project Management within a production or manufacturing environment.Skills: Solidly grounded experience within a World Class Practices and Autonomous Maintenance environment will be a distinct advantage.
