Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:Financial reporting including preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements and cash flow statements for individual properties and portfoliosBudgeting and Forecasting; developing annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with property management teams Monitor performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysisOverseeing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, rent payments, and vendor paymentsAssist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors during financial audits of properties Skills & Experience: Previous experience in property management accounting or real estate accounting would be beneficialStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexible hours that will include fitting in with US Eastern time zones Qualification:Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldCPA or CMA certification beneficial Contact CHANEL STEENKAMP on
