The position is commercial and very broad, ranging from production reporting to profit and loss reporting for specific business segments to valuation modeling for M&A.Responsibilities:Monthly:Prepare Company P&Ls and Management reports with detailed commentary and analysisAnalysis of P&L's and supply feedback to Executive committee membersPreparation and analysis of renal comodata compliancePreparation of monthly CET analysisPreparation and submission of month end divisional reporting via TM1Calculation of monthly management feeCompletion of monthly GLOBE files for Non-SAP entitiesThe completion of month end controlling for company 502 and 503Ensure month end reports as required are completed accurately and within the required deadlinesAnalyze and report on production variances for the Renal businessQuarterly:Participation in business reviews with regional managersParticipation in business reviews with business unit headsPreparation of 3 step model for company 505Regular monitoring of investment results - actual vs target setCritical analysis of all costs and advising management of major deviationsCritically analyzing all SBA performances with specific reference to margin development and quantity / pricing effects and reporting on these developmentsAssist the CFO as directed in the preparation of any presentations that may be required by the CFOAssist where necessary regarding information required for the annual audit.Report on and communicate sales development to Zambian colleagues on a weekly basisMonitor margin developmentAnalise new investment opportunities including new renal units, acquisitions, and report on key financial ratiosKey Skills:Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude,Exceptional attention to detail,Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills,Excellent collaboration and communication abilities,Qualifications:CA (SA) or CIMA or ACCASeven years post qualification experienceExperience within a large corporate environmentExperience with manufacturingDemonstrable ability to communicate at various levels of the organization and cross-functionally.BBBEE is not applicable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
