As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients meet their production goals and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales analysisAnalyze inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to optimize stock availabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align on demand plans and strategiesMonitor and communicate forecast accuracy and demand variances to stakeholdersIdentify potential supply chain disruptions and provide recommendations for improvementUtilize demand planning systems and tools to support forecasting and analysisRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management in the Beverage IndustryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make accurate forecastsExperience with demand planning software and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholdersDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasksAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBenefitsSalary: R600k - R500k CTC per annumContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
