HEAD OF I&T: TECHNOLOGY&OPERATIONS (FREE STATE / HYBRID) This role offers a chance to spearhead transformative changes in a key department of a leading agricultural firm. You will be required to drive innovation and operational excellence, working with a dedicated team passionate about I&T. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information&technology or a related field preferred. Leadership development, PMP, ITIL, Cobit, and TOGAF certifications are advantageous. 10+ years of experience in I&T leadership, managing complex technical projects in an enterprise environment. Deep understanding of business value and customer service trade-offs. Experience with ITSM, ITIL, and Cobit principles, applying them in real-world environments. Ability to work outside standard hours, including weekends. Capable of modifying SOPs when necessary and developing alternative solutions for problem-solving. Experience in documenting policies and chairing management-level boards. In-depth knowledge of cyber risks and managing a cybersecurity function.
