The position is commercial and very broad, ranging from production reporting to profit and loss reporting for specific business segments to valuation modeling for M&A. Responsibilities: Monthly: Prepare Company P&Ls and Management reports with detailed commentary and analysis Analysis of P&L's and supply feedback to Executive committee members Preparation and analysis of renal comodata compliance Preparation of monthly CET analysis Preparation and submission of month end divisional reporting via TM1 Calculation of monthly management fee Completion of monthly GLOBE files for Non-SAP entities The completion of month end controlling for company 502 and 503 Ensure month end reports as required are completed accurately and within the required deadlines Analyze and report on production variances for the Renal business Quarterly: Participation in business reviews with regional managers Participation in business reviews with business unit heads Preparation of 3 step model for company 505 Regular monitoring of investment results - actual vs target set Critical analysis of all costs and advising management of major deviations Critically analyzing all SBA performances with specific reference to margin development and quantity / pricing effects and reporting on these developments Assist the CFO as directed in the preparation of any presentations that may be required by the CFO Assist where necessary regarding information required for the annual audit. Report on and communicate sales development to Zambian colleagues on a weekly basis Monitor margin development Analise new investment opportunities including new renal units, acquisitions, and report on key financial ratios Key Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude, Exceptional attention to detail, Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, Qualifications: CA (SA) or CIMA or ACCA Seven years post qualification experience Experience within a large corporate environment Experience with manufacturing Demonstrable ability to communicate at various levels of the organization and cross-functionally.
