Empire Support Management is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to assist with overseeing our operations in the Western Cape. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular site visits to ensure security protocols are being followed and to address any issues or concerns. Oversee administrative tasks related to scheduling, payroll, and documentation. Ensure that security officers are compliant with company rules, policies, and procedures. Train and mentor security officers to enhance their performance and adherence to protocols. Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and tailor services accordingly. Monitor security equipment and systems to ensure functionality and effectiveness. Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Maintain communication channels with security personnel to address any emerging security threats or issues promptly. Develop and implement security strategies to mitigate risks and enhance safety measures. Conduct regular performance evaluations of security personnel and provide feedback for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of security operations. Assume a pivotal role as the initial point of contact in responding promptly to incidents, prioritizing the safeguarding of both personnel and resources within the designated area.
