Inbound Sales Consultant – Brackenfell, Cape Town. Our well-established FMCG client is looking for a well-presented, customer focused, friendly, fully bilingual team member. Your bubbly personality and client centric focus is needed for assisting clients, solving queries and closing sales. A good, clear, welcoming telephone voice is vital. Requirements: Matric, relevant qualification advantageous 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role Extensive computer literacy skills such as Excel, Outlook, Omni (advantageous) Must be able to work as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Afrikaans and English Must be organised, great attention to detail and have a pro-active attitude Good telephone and email etiquette Ability to understand the FMCG trade Reliable transport to and from work Duties and Responsibilities: Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders Assisting customers face to face, telephonically and via email and WhatsApp Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details Data capturing onto internal computer system Quotes to existing and potential clients Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead times Accurate invoicing to clients Analyse sales reports with continuous feedback to department Manager Expediting orders through internal liaison Time management and delivering timeous responses to customer’s requests are crucial Maintaining and updating sales and customer records Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
