Administer and support Communications department in executing and monitoring communications strategies in line with business strategy and objectives, Group guidelines and policiesWhat You Will DoManage administrative tasks for the Communications Team – research, updating of website content, vendor documentation (invoices, CEs)Compile and maintain a regional tier1 media list and features list.Compile and maintain a comprehensive library of images and videos.Compile and maintain a comprehensive library of campaign toolkits – global and regional.Compile and maintain library of all Communications templates.Monitor media and create media coverage reports for regional and global teams.Work with the communications coordinator to plan internal events and initiatives.Work with the communications coordinator to rollout internal communications initiativesthat there is consistency in corporate design across all internal and external communications projectsDeliver assigned activities as per defined timelines, budgets and quality standards.Required Skills and AbilitiesBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.Less than 1 year experience.IT’S NOT JUST AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET ON THE CAREER LADDER - IT’S AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP THE WORLD GET ON TOGETHER.Why do people call us the world’s most international company?
