Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and ambitious Financial Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled finance professionals in a variety of roles within our client companies. You will leverage your expertise in the financial industry to build relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring successful matches that drive business success and career advancement.Responsibilities:Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for various finance-related positions, including but not limited to accounting, banking, financial analysis, and investment management.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.Provide consultative guidance to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support.Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and industry events, to attract top talent.Thrive in a high-performance sales cultureGenerate new businessGrow and maintain client relationshipsAchieve sales targetsUnderstand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industryFull 360 recruitment cycleCollaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and candidate referrals, contributing to team success and growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field. (with good academics)Proven experience in financial recruitment or a similar role, with a strong understanding of finance industry terminology and trends.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Two years sales experience with exposure to cold callingA track record of achievementsAn ambition to be the best version of yourselfMust be between the age of 22 30Have your own vehicleIf this sounds like an opportunity you would like to explore, please forward your CV
