This is your chance to make a game-changing impact!Qualifications:Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology Honours Degree or Equivalent Masters in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology / Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Equivalent Qualification would be an advantageLeadership Management ProgrammeCCMA Certificate 4 Labour RelationsMember of a professional board such as the SA Board for People Practices (SABPP)Experience Required:A minimum of 5-10 years of senior management experience in an executive human resources management roleA minimum of 5 years' experience in operating at the senior executive levelA minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic planning and executionA minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Facilities role3-5 years' experience in sports management is desirableThis role oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of both Human Capital (HC) and Facilities functions for Cricket South Africa (CSA).Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HC and Facilities strategies aligned with CSA's overall goals.HCM Management: Develop and implement talent management, performance management, reward benefits, and learning development strategies.Facilities Management: Develop and implement the Facilities strategy for the CSA Head Office and Centre of Excellence.Governance Compliance: Ensure all HC and Facilities practices comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies.Stakeholder Management: Provide HC expertise and support to CSA's executive management.People Management: Lead and manage the HC and Facilities team, ensuring clear communication and performance management.Skills and Knowledge:Knowledge of industry regulations, CCMA processes, education, training, and development legislation, finance principles, HR practices, and relevant HR legislation.
