Coordination of marketing collateral, campaigns, forums, and marketing calendar - Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the centralised marketing team to ensure a smooth functioning workflow. - Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies. - Coordinate a central repository for all content, marketing collateral and key business documents. - Coordinate and traffic the approval processes between required stakeholders. - Creation of briefs for the development of marketing campaigns and collateral - Input into the overall marketing strategy - Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement projects and marketing campaigns - Collaborate with cross functional teams internally and externally to support projects and marketing initiatives. - Assist in managing relationships with partner, agencies, and suppliers. - Help manage project check lists to ensure required time frames are met. - Follow-up on outstanding requests; action items from meetings; information that is required. - Minute taking (when applicable) and preparation of documents and the distribution thereof to relevant stakeholders. Marketing Research and Reporting - Monitor and analyse effectiveness of campaign against performance metrics, provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. - Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, consumer insights and emerging technologies in marketing. - Client experience&complaint tracking and resolution. What will make you successful in this role? Fiduciary or Insurance experience is preferable. Good understanding in marketing analytics and reporting Experience as part of a marketing team within the financial services industry Knowledge of marketing and campaign development and execution. Strong co-ordination and follow-up skills An understanding of marketing and consumer behavior insights. Qualification and Experience Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years related experience.
