Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of (4) years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.Experience in configuring and integrating SAP HR modules.Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
