General/Operations ManagerEMG Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced and driven General/Operations Manager to join our company. As a General/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in setting up and implementing management structures and processes. Previous knowledge of the electrical contracting industry will be helpful. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join a growing organization and significantly impact our success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and maintain management structures and systems to improve operational efficiency and productivityLead and manage the team and maintaining the company cultureCollaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and timelines and then effectively manage resourcesMaintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectationsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersManage human resources and all statutory compliance related matters of the CompanyCompile and submit monthly and quarterly reports directly to the board of directors.
