We're seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in managing BMW's corporate devices globally. Responsibilities Responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems, and related components. Be responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams Assists with defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments (test/integration and production). Understands and monitors impacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments and continuously works on improving the operational stability Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics Interact with an international product team, external providers, vendors and customers. Treat security as a first-class citizen Work closely with stakeholders, development teams in constantly improving our Endpoint Management platforms stability and availability Work with other IT teams on integration of new features and components Requirements University degree/diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering) or 5 years of IT experience. Advanced knowledge of VMWare Workspace One (UEM&Access) and Microsoft Intune. Proficiency in at least one OS/device platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux). Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SCCM, GPO). Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apple technologies. Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and integration issues. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management). Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand technical dependencies on a global scale.
