Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and system updates.Lead and mentor the development team.Identify and integrate emerging information technologies.Update system documentation with each version release.Evaluate new computing technologies for potential company value.Ensure data integrity and security in line with corporate standards.Manage IT resources for application development and support.Collaborate with managers on operations impacted by information processing.Advise senior management on strategic system conversions and integrations.Education, Experience & Training:Degree in Computer Science or similar.10+ years of general IT experience.5+ years in IT leadership.10 years of Full Stack Development (primarily with C#).Extensive knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java) and frameworks.Experience with MSSQL databases, web servers, and application services.Experience in coaching, mentoring, and project management.Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization, especially Azure.Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, data warehousing, and Power BI is a plus.Apply today!
