Laastedrif has the abovementioned position available for a Senior Payroll Administrator. The successful candidate has well-developed organizational skills, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, is deadline driven, and able to effectively communicate with others at all levels. The purpose of the position is to give strategic direction and manage the daily operations of the Payroll Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for: *Payroll Administration and Management (administrate and oversee payroll processing, payroll reconciliation) *Maintenance of payroll guidelines, procedures and policies *Payroll System Management *Benefit administration (provident fund and loans) *Team management *Budget and benchmarking preparation *Key relationship management *All other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Tertiary qualification in HR, Payroll or Finance; • 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Payroll Administrator; • Previous experience in an agricultural environment will be advantageous; • Knowledge of time and attendance systems&labour legislation; • Advanced computer literacy [MS Excel&payroll systems (SAGE)]; • Valid driver’s license.
