What you'll do: Lead and manage production teams: Motivate and coach production staff to achieve optimal performance and efficiency. Optimize production processes: Implement Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Identify and solve production problems: Proactively analyze data and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow. Develop and implement strategic production plans: Align production schedules with business goals and ensure efficient resource allocation. Maintain quality standards: Oversee quality control systems and implement corrective actions to prevent defects. Manage projects: Lead and track projects related to process improvement, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions. Collaborate effectively: Work closely with engineering, quality control, and other departments to achieve organizational goals. Who you are: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related field) and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Have hands-on experience working with industrial machinery and understand complex production processes. Are a data-driven problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proven experience applying Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies is a plus. Possess excellent project management skills and the ability to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
