If you are well-*** in PE or VC and seek a dynamic opportunity, join our evolving journey.Purpose of the positionAs the Private Equity and Venture Capital Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Head of Private Equity and Venture Capital(“the executive”) and his team, ensuring the efficient management of schedules, communications, and departmental projects. This role is pivotal to the success of thedepartment and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and meticulousKey responsibilities of the position1. Calendar Managemento Efficiently managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences,teleconferences, and ensuring optimal time utilisation.o Coordinating comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation,and itineraries.2. Communicationo Acting as the primary point of contact for the executive, handling and directinginquiries as appropriate.o Drafting, editing, and managing correspondence, reports, and documents on behalfof the executive.23. Meeting and Event Coordinationo Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessarymaterials are prepared in advance.o Assisting in organising departmental events, workshops, and seminars.4. Documentation Managemento Maintaining a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.o Handling confidential information with discretion.5. Project Managemento Assisting in managing departmental projects, ensuring timelines are met andstakeholders are kept informed.o Building and maintaining relationships with internal departments and externalpartners.o Liaising with other executive assistants to ensure smooth inter-departmentaloperations.7. Expense Managemento Processing and tracking executive expenses, ensuring timely submissions andapprovals.8.
