Knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks, methods and practices and experience in being a catalyst for organisational change8-10 yearsProven experience working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and team work. Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior business and technology executives, balancing strategic requirements and delivery constraints. Good understanding of the banking industry and related systems8-10 yearsProven track record of programme management and delivery of large programmes within the global environment. Good working knowledge and established networks in the SBG Technology is essential.
