A Team lead will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure that the development team and technologies used are aligned with these. Key Requirements · 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master · Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning · Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices, specifically Agile methodologies · Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner. · Advanced knowledge of SDLC (software design life cycle) Knowing how to use the Entity Component System (ECS). · Familiarity with the following: Python, JavScript, HTML, CSS, Linux-based OS, RDBMS back-end and UI/UX design.
